Who are The PM Instructors

The PM Instructors specializes in assisting clients by providing top-notch training and products in the field of project management, and PMI exam certification preparation. Since 2007 The PM Instructors has offered training, course development and professional services that cover risk, scheduling, agile and project management.

Vanina Mangano and Al Smith, Jr. formed The PM Instructors as a way to provide a quick and effective way for professionals to get their project management skills up to date, and stay up to date. Anyone in the field knows that there are a vast array of tools and techniques to improve the efficiency of managing projects, however, there’s just not enough time to learn them all. With so many methodologies available, project managers must be judicious about where, and what they invest their time into. That is the precise problem The PM Instructors helps organizations solve.

Al and Vanina are highly experienced technical trainers and recognized published authors in the IT industry. For over 15 years they've assisted companies like Oracle, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lockheed, in addition to government organizations such as the Office of Naval Research and NASA, to not only help improve the efficiency of their employees, but also keep them in the technology loop.

The PM Instructors is a division of
SME Technical Training, a technical training company.
